Steps to take after a lifelong weight loss

Most people who vote for weight loss surgery have been trying unsuccessfully  to change their lifestyle for years.

Many of them, who gain back the weight they suffered to get rid of, are blaming themselves. Unsuccessful attempts and agonizing months (or sometimes even years) for nothing.

There are people who successfully lose weight with strict diet and exercise, but those who decide to undergo bariatric surgery can also turn their life around. These patients will get rid of approximately 70-80 % of their extra body weight in the first 6-12 months. Of course, success heavily depends on the patient sticking to the advised lifestyle changes.

Our goal is to provide you a supporting atmosphere.
